My journey as a psychotherapist in Silver Spring, MD began after retiring from the military. I earned my MSW from the Catholic University of America in 2008, followed by internships at the Washington Psychiatric Ward and the Women's Center in Virginia. For seven years, I supervised therapists at the Air National Guard before establishing my private practice.
As a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), I offer both online and in-person therapy sessions. My approach as an experienced psychotherapist is rooted in the belief that adult struggles often stem from childhood experiences, influencing both positively and negatively, our career choices and relationships.
